Refund Policy

Due to the nature of this drop: All sales are final. At Went Broke LLC, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any reason. Please carefully review your order, including item sizing and shipping information, before completing your purchase.

Damaged or Defective Items In the rare event that you receive a factory defective or damaged item, you must notify us within 48 hours of the delivery date to be eligible for a resolution. If it happened in shipping, contact the carrier.

To report a factory damaged item:

  1. Email orders@wentbroke.co within the 48-hour delivery window.

  2. Include your order number and clear photo evidence of the factory damage or defect.

  3. Keep all original packaging, as it may be required for a carrier claim.

Return Shipping: Please do not ship items back to us without prior authorization. If a replacement is approved, we will provide you with a pre-paid return label and specific instructions. Any items sent back to us without a request will not be processed.
