Thank you for shopping with WentBroke™.
1. Shipment Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Some items you order may be on back order and the updated processing and handling times will be noted on the product pages. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or Federal/Local holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days.

Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days (if available).

Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes WentBroke™ is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
5. Damages & Lost Packages WentBroke™ is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
6. All Sales Final As stated in our Refund Policy, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. In the rare event of a manufacturing defect, please contact orders@wentbroke.co within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence.
